W. MERRILL EARNEST, JR.

Mr. Earnest's practice focuses on corporate, international and construction matters. Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Merrill is also a member of the Atlanta and International Bar Associations, as well as the American Institute of Architects (Allied Member). Merrill is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Fulton County Superior Court.

He has served on the Atlanta Bar Association's Board of Directors for the Construction Section and as Editor of the BluePrint. Merrill has also served as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for The Lovett School. He currently serves as an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.

RICHARD P. VOSS

Mr. Voss' practice includes corporate, international and taxation matters. Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Rick has been a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations. Rick also is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and United States Tax Court.
